Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset

I keep constantly being kicked from the game after a 15-20 second timeout and getting this message.
I've tried using a VPN, restarting my router, running a clean install of minecraft with no mods, but for some reason this keeps happening, I've been playing for about a week without this problem but it just started today, anyone know how to fix this? I've got pretty much the best internet money can buy with optic fibers and I have no connection issues on any other game or server either

 

Same issue, any other server runs just fine, also tried every single recommended solution online

 

Hello! Try logging-in with only 2 chunks render distantce. Sometimes a number too high could cause the crash.
