Warrior/Knight Looking for help Warrior build

So im a returner to the game after a good while , i've few mythics on me , crafted stuff is still kinda new for me but i've some LB and LQ things like jewelry & pants. Also disco.
My game is kinda laggy with some fps spikes that makes "Fallen" aspect unplayable i always die or cast some stuff way too late.
Im so in love with Monk but apparently aint "meta" for LR's. I wasnt able to find a decent build that has decent LB and LQ while using Idol or Hero , i've both. So if s1 could provide me a good build for Monk or even Paladin s1 mentioned it's better for Lr's (I never played that spect so if you can give me some advices i would appreciate it)
I dont really enjoy LR's as wizz and many people said the other classes are pointless so idk

I'm running a BMonk class with some Paladin abilities. As you said it's not meta right now, but I love flying around and spell spam damage. I'm playing the Screamsurf cycle, if I'm correct: Uppercut, Charge, Warscream. My build not complete yet, I'm currently using Epilogue boots instead of Memento, because I don't have Raw HP Regen without Epilogue, until I collect the Raw HP regen Tomes. After the tomes are collected, I can use Memento, and the build that I linked. It doesn't have much LB and 0 LQ stats, but for main purpose it's a good build imo. You can try to adjust it for your needs. In Lootruns I'm using the Sac Stacking strategy, where you don't need LB or LQ.

Quite insane build so far the best i've found , nice sustain and decent dmg just few spell dmg boons and served! Thanks a lot dude , im running it with Disco for LR's but i was also able to do my first solo LI run with the build! Sick!!
