freezing lagging

    i have problem where i can move normaly sometimes it teleports me back, i cant cast any skills not even inputs are showing, npcs stop moving and other stuff i setted 8 gb ram on minecraft i tried using normal and wynntils
    version i have 200fps + my internet works like always idk if thats me or server idk someone had the same problem?

    I think this is mostly server side, but using a performance mod such as sodium might help.
