New Mythic Corkian Augment

I propose that a new Mythic Corkian Augment is added. This Augment would allow the player to target a specific stat on an item to re-roll, or the opposite of an Insulator. I propose this because, as I bet many players have experienced, sometimes you can get an incredible roll on an object, yet one of the most crucial stats gets a horrible roll. This item would not upset the balance of the game because it would only be used to perfect items, and even then its not an 100% chance that you get what you want, and it would be an expensive item that can only be used a couple times on an item. The name of this item could be called something like "Corkian Targeter", or "Corkian Selector"

I like it, assuming it still counts as a reroll for the sake of increasing reroll cost. Also add poll.
