why can't I upload screenshots to the forum?

    If you meet the req for posting images and still struggle, the forums doesn't let me and some others post images with a size of over 1 megabyte.

    But I initially uploaded a screenshot to the report against the player, and after 3-4 days I created 2 reports against the player, but the screenshot cannot be uploaded.,
