corrupted soultoken was missing from my account

i dont know how long it was gone from my account since the last time i was active was like 2+ years ago. now i wanted to use corrupted soultoken for a piece of an armor, i couldnt find it even in my bank. it would be great if i can get 1 back. its a quest reward so i assume it can be retrieved?
