Mage/Dark Wizard Looking for a lvl 103 mage riftwalker build

Hi, i'm looking for a build for riftwalker mage lvl 103 that has high spell damage, uses warp and is able to beat engame dungeons raids, and somewhat good for lootruns


-No items from quira or LI
-somewhat under 40LE
-no mythics exept for warp

 

Avoid riftwalker, the class griefs other players with timelocked if you use that, and gets less damage than lightbender usually

 

I wouldn't use warp for riftwalker; you'll spend so much of your build on trying to build in sustain that it just won't be worth it. I'd recommend something that's at least got neutral mana sustain for riftwalker, like fatal or quetz. If you can't afford to use another mythic, I'd recommend using a good legendary like morrowind or cascade.

Here's a super quick and lazy rainbow build for cascade that probably works fine. It could definitely be optimized quite a bit (I just slapped together a bunch of rainbow stuff and called it a day; technically it does use an item from the water floor of the hive, but you could substitute in something else). The skill tree is the same as the one I use, which I've found to be pretty effective.

 

yea, i see lb/arcanist break 100k/300k easily and rift... just doesnt.
