Mage/Dark Wizard 1st Build (Rate pls)

    looks pretty cool, try working around adding more skill points through items if you're building rainbow but gl for future builds :)

    First, thunder powders add more base damage than earth powders (notice that thunder powders have more raw damage added while earth powder has the most conversion) so powdering to thunder will generally result in more damage

    Second, purification is not really needed for arcanist you are better off getting thunderstorm and dropping arcane power (tstorm gives more mana bank anyways)

    Third, itemwise these are not bad, but far from optimal. Since singularity has a rather low base damage, you are better off choosing items with raw damage as they give more damage overall, and mesmerizing is extra questionable since it decreases your damage in thunder and fire which are elements present in singu. You are going rainbow so why limit yourself to using EWA items?

    Here is an improvement:

    notice how the damage is significantly higher while other stats are not really worsened.

    You can push it to more extreme by using slayer runebound chains(sorcery gives you 30+% more damage):

    General rule is, use items that are more efficient for your weapon than those that aren't (raw spell > spell damage %, all around elemental damage boost > 1-2 element damage boosts for singu, skill points (singu is a skill point hungry rainbow weapon and strength/dexterity multiply your overall dps by a lot))
