Heart of the Blizzard 2024 bug (?)

I took way too long to ask about this but I assumed, at the time, that they issue would eventually be resolved and then took some time away from the game.

The mythic trinket "Heart of the Blizzard" that I put blood, sweat and tears into acquiring during the last Festival of the Blizzard event is, at least for me, an overpriced ice block. The "raging storm" effect is nonexistent and right-clicking the item simply does nothing.

Does anyone else have this issue? Is it a bug? And if so, has it already been addressed and fixed?

Check to make sure you have your particle settings (both minecraft settings and wynncraft settings) up?

I think everyone has this bug, it does nothing even with max particles
