Beginner purchase bug

    Hi i got into this server thanks to a friend. We did the tutorial. He then said i got a free purchase cosmetic chest. I made the free transaction. Got the chest in game. Opened it. But when i selected the item i got disconected from the server. When i logged in i didnt get any reward and i did not have the chest. So i got nothing. What should i do?

    I did... i dont have any cosmetic itesm nor the chest to roll again.
