BUG

Hi i got into this server thanks to a friend. We did the tutorial. He then said i got a free purchase cosmetic chest. I made the free transaction. Got the chest in game. Opened it. But when i selected the item i got disconected from the server. When i logged in i didnt get any reward and i did not have the chest. So i got nothing. What should i do?

 

1: stop spamming threads.
2: wdym selected item (you mean it stopped rolling)
3: yeah if u got kicked while rolling crate it might have given you the item (check /use menu) or u might have lost it but the cosmetics from that are bad anyway but next month u can get another!

 

2: wdym selected item (you mean it stopped rolling) Yes. Right when it stoped rolling the server disconected me with an Error and when i got back i didnt have any item nor the chest.

 

Aight here’s what you do. You have lost the item. Full stop. It’s gone. No refunds. Don’t bother begging.
However that was the lowest tiers crate. If you want more here’s what you can do!
1: buy them with irl money
2: buy a rank with irl money and get daily crates
3: buy a silverbull share with Wynncraft emeralds and buy one with that.
4: wait a month for another crate.
5: sometime soon there will be the spring Festival of the Heroes. Doing your daily missions (after level 10 I believe) will give you heroes crates. Join a guild for more crates from weekly rewards.
6: idk buy a silverbull subscription I guess
