Is House of Twain currently bugged or am I dense?

    I'm stuck on the "pay tribute to eyes of" blah blah blah part. I'm throwing emeralds into the wither skeleton's eyes and trying to "pay tribute" to the fireplace if that still works. Switching lobbies for multiple days doesn't help either.
