Underutilised locations

Wynncraft's world is littered with plenty of intriguing locations, that seemingly have very little, or even no purpose.

For instance, the prison just outside Ternaves. It is completely walled by barriers, with no mention from any NPC.

What other underutilised locations would you like to see expanded on in the future?

I am comparatively new but ITS SAID that it got permanently locked down with barriers after a fiasco involving a (now disgraced) mod teleporting people inside. I believe that there is even a video of it, unfortunately yt is banned in my country.

 

The ocean. The entire ocean.

Since the entire ocean is mentioned already: I don't think I've ever been to the Bear Zoo.
It's one of those places I wouldn't even know existes without seeing it on the map once in a while. Then it comes back to how this isn't an isolates case to this one island and... yeah, the ocean is underutilized.

 

The Nexus! Only 6 areas right now with 5/6 in the sea skipper. Could become a very unique, or more magical way of transportation that could offer to many more locations, not just cities / towns.

The most underutilized location is the forums.

Joking aside though, I'd say the realm of light in spite of all its buildup is underutilized. Really the only things in it are those related to the quest itself and I just feel like going to one of the major realms after all that buildup should fill you with so much more possibilities, akin to entering a province. Instead it feels more like the volcanic isles; sure, there's a big quest there but other than that there's just no reason to visit. NoL doesn't count either because you can access that from the party finder. Obviously I understand from a content team standpoint why an entire province worth of content can't be made out of the realm of light (at the moment) but I do wish there was more to do there.

I would say the mesa as well, but I have some nostalgic bias towards it from when I first started in 2016.
