Am I Skill Issue?

My build is: (I can't use links yet)
Gear
Helm: Greysmith
Chestplate: Djujon Worrier
Leggings: Dilation
Boots: Bob's Sacrifice
Weapon: Hashr's Claw (2 T4 thunfer poweders)
Rings: Faith of the Bovemist
Braclete: Vindicator
Necklace: Generator Amulet

Skills
Strength: 24
Dexterity: 32
Intelligence: 24
Defence: 23
Agility: 25

Important Ability Tree Notes
I have Double Slice as opposed to Poisoned Blade
Air Master and no other element masteries
I have Fatality, Wall of Smoke, Dagger Proficency II
I have Dancing blade and Wall Jump


Problem: I can't solo the Ice barrows Dungeon - when ever I, try I get killed during the boss fight.
I use level 45 potions of Healing along with Rich Potions of Healing (from bremminglar)

Keep in mind I'm level 54 but only have access and only have completed content up to 48 and would like to solo Ice Barrows before I move on.

With my gear- do I just need better gear or am I just skill issue?
If I need better gear, what would a good build be?

I think your gear is pretty decent for your level but something I'd do is maybe try bringing some mana potions with you as they can allow you to spam your movements spells more so you can dodge attacks. If you can find them, skill potions might help too. If all else fails, ask around Nesaak for help or use the partyfinder. I wish you luck!
