    I need some help and I'm not sure if you can do this for me or not. My previous account was hacked, and I wanted to know if you can restore it for me. I had 2 classes at level 105 and VIP+ rank. I have photos showing that I was playing on that account, and the account is still logged in on my computer, but I can't access it. It’s logged in on a few places, and I can provide you with the photos.

    If you have proof of purchase customer support can transfer rank iirc, unfortunately nothing can be done about items/classes

    ^ yeah, unfortunately data can’t be transferred, but you can email [email protected] with proof of purchase to get the rank transferred to a new account
