How do I complete "Bob's Lost Soul"?

    I'm a level 48 mage and I'm trying to complete the quest, but the npc inside says I need to be level 74 or something like that. Is there any other way?

    you can look in here, I assume youre at one of the steps where you need to do something inside the tomb.
    The NPC you are trying to talk to isnt related to that quest but another one which requires level 74 to start (so just ignore it)

    When I try to go through the hole I get teleported back and the NPC says I can't do that yet.

    That's the wrong room. The one you are looking for is underneath the stairs at the entrance.

    it's a different quest, it can be confusing as they are in the same location
