NVIDIA Settings Not Affecting Roblox or Minecraft

I’ve tried configuring my NVIDIA Control Panel (like enabling anisotropic filtering, setting max FPS, etc.) to improve performance in both Roblox and Minecraft. However, the changes don’t seem to apply at all in the games. Is this a bug with the drivers?

I’m starting to think it might be a system issue too, because I’m getting the same kind of problem in Roblox when I turn on ray tracing. Like, in https://playbloxfruits.com/ the graphics start glitching out, and sometimes it crashes randomly. Do you think tweaking stuff in the NVIDIA Control Panel, like limiting FPS or messing with those advanced settings, could fix it?
