Having a problem in the quest "The Canyon Guides"

Hi. So basically this guy Seluc got thrown off the cliff side passage after the earthquake and according to game plays I watched and the wiki and everything he's supposed to be stuck in the ground and I have to kill 9 Hobgoblins to proceed, but Seluc is no where to be found and the mobs won't spawn. I've tried /class and I've tried checking the quest several times these past few days. Also the quest book just says "Escort Seluc back to Gana"

 

I will check it out, see if that section can be made more reliable. But in the meantime, you can find Seluc back at this "camp", the tent up the cliff, to restart this section if it bugs out and you have to /class.
