(Help) Item Glitched Away. Can I do anything?

So, earlier today I was going back and forth from the bank, trade market, and blacksmith in Thesead. While rearranging my inventory, I picked up my emerald pouch only for it to disappear, rapidly reappear, and then vanish completely. Considering that it had 27le in it I frantically searched the floor around me, reopened my inventory and clicked the space it had occupied only for absolutely nothing to happen.
So I relog, hoping it will magically reappear. Nope.

All of my money was in that pouch, I had to do a lootrun to buy a new pouch. Is there anything I didn't try? Or can I petition anyone? I doubt it but figured I would at least ask.

Why did you put all your money in your inventory and not like, the bank

 

make sure to /lock on your money/pouch so it don't happen again !
