Shaman/Skyseer Help I need a Hadal build..

I keep searching for a Hadal build but everything I find has items that are now extremely nerfed so I'm missing more skill points than I can make up with tomes :(
If anyone can help and send me a good build that I can actually use that would be great ;-;

 

assuming you're ok with any archetype

WynnBuilder build:
> Anamnesis
> Starglass
> Vaward
> Crusade Sabatons
> Yang
> Summa
> Prowess
> Diamond Fusion Necklace
> Hadal [w6w6w6]

totem > aura > aura > repeat

if you're ok with crafteds you can get a lot more dps without sacrificing much ehp
still, crafted olympic outperforms crafted hadal in many use cases, but this is pretty good for nol

 

I appreciate it, I'll take a look to see if the build is still viable because I believe Prowess and Vaward were nerfed with their skill points along with almost every other rainbow item..

I checked, and Vaward is 1 less on each +skill point, Crusade Sabatons gives 25 def instead of 30, Summa gives only 2 dex and def instead of 4, and Diamond Fusion Necklace is 1 less on each +skillpoint, so that's a total of 19 missing skillpoints and the original build has 12 spare skill points (according to WynnBuilder) so I'd be missing 7 skill points, I'm not certain I'd be able to make up for that with tomes...

 

are you sure? hppeng-wynn has the latest skill point updates (unless it was changed in today's patch). I can't post links right now but here's a screenshot:

-4 is enough with any guild tome.

 

And to avoid gtom you can swap like anything basically, summa -> prism is an easy one
