Looking for Guild Island builder

Hello,

I am looking for a builder for my guild's housing island. If you are interested please provide screenshots of any previous build so I can gauge your building style.



I would like the HQ in the theme of a town. Rays is a space/cosmic theme guild. The image above shows the guild banner's color scheme. I also really love the design the of time-lost sanctum dungeon. So if you could incorporate all these aspects into the build that would be ideal.

Materials are not included, but I am near max-level gathering so I will help collect any materials needed.

I would like to ask question too. Is it worth to use guild island manufactures over city if taxes are set to 0? I in guild that have all manufactures.
