I have redesign my OCs yet again, but this time at slower pace
Here all warrior archetype ocs finally finalize in both design and lore for new direction

    Rustbuck.png

Rustbuck, The Tyrant of The Outskirts

Ever since the Corruption breached into the outskirts of Ragni to terrorize the farmers yet again, just like the early time of the great war, many have noticed strange occurrences happening amidst the chaos. Wynnics knew that mere zombies could not prove much of a threat to the farmers of the outskirts, yet the report of guards and knights going missing along with farms falling silent overnight, sparking paranoia amongst the people. What started as a simple story was twisted and changed as different rumors started to spread from ear to ear around Ragni. These stories would become associated with the creature that would be named by the people as “Rustbuck”.

The tale would reach into every part of the province as the tale that was used by parents to scare their children, most treating it as such and nothing more. They would disregard these stories as believing whatever is going on Ragni is simply a part of the increasing corruption activities happening around the province but amplified by the local’s wild imagination. After all, the idea of Corruption ever being subtle with its assets is strange.

Curious minds would be interested in these tales and set their way to uncover the truth of the outskirts. Many would come out empty handed, some would go missing from their venture, until one day a loner would come to the city, spilling maddening rambles to anyone he came into contact with. The madness still would change the story of Rustbuck. A monster leaving carnage in its wake with no discrimination between the living or the dead. People would still think the story and all its details to be born from hysteria, blowing the information out of its actual scale.

Later on, during a great battle to ensure the Emerald Trails stays in the province’s control, many would lay their eyes on a massive form, cladded in ruined armor, rampaging among the fog of war. It slaughtered soldiers and undead alike, leaving only red in its path. Not even the warlord that orchestrated the corrupted horde could control it as its butchered remains lay on the ground in the path of the creature’s rampage. Before anyone could process what was happening in the battle, a deafening roar would cease the fight. As the fog cleared, the survivors only left with the echo of the roar with the creature's disappearance.

The sudden reveal of its existence proves the story to be true and to be something much worse as it displayed from its rampage. While few still deny the creature's association with the tale despite the matching description, the name “Rustbuck” still finds itself associated with the creature. A few minds from the Research guild that were studying the Corruption even deem the creature to be useful, believing its aggressive behavior can be weaponized against the corruption, but the attempt of putting it into practice would be deemed as reckless and has been discouraged by the rest of the members. Whatever the guild thought, it swore to look out for it, later dubbing the creature as the “Tyrant of the Outskirts”.

    Helfen, The Wandering Outcast

Born into a family of a human and a villager. His mother, a soldier of Ragni, falls in love with his father during her stay in Gavel. Their love would fall under judgment from villager society and even more with their son. The mother’s status as a soldier was enough to defend the family from harassment to allow them to live quietly. During their time together, she would tell stories of the war-torn province, the good and the bad, the beauty and the horror. From this, the father felt as if that environment, although hostile, would be a better fit for Helfen than the politics and scrutiny of Gavel. However one day duty called the mother back to Wynn, forcing her to leave the family behind. Without her, Helfen and his father would feel the full weight of the judgment from the people of Llevigar, forcing them to flee the city and live elsewhere.

In hopes to prepare Helfen for the hell he would live his days in, his father decided that they would live in the Dark Forest, one of the areas that fell to the Decay, under the idea that the harsh land would allow Helfen to learn what he needed to survive in Wynn province. Helfen’s life would not improve from that point onward, as even the citizens of Gelibord looked down on him just like those in Llevigar. Hoping for Helfen to start a cleaner reputation with the townsfolk, the father advised him to work in the House of Talor, making up for his status as half race in addition to supporting himself and his father.

That advice would unfortunately fail, as it did nothing for their perception of him, even if he tried to appeal to them by being part of their religion and upholding their belief. During his time there, Helfen learned more survival and combat skills as he was forced to fight the desperate creatures of the land each and every day. And with those days full of thankless work and resentment from the general populace, he would slowly resent his father for the state of their life. That resentment however wouldn’t last as the father fell ill to the famine of the land. Helfen stayed by his side to support him out of obligation due to being the closest family member he has.

After receiving news of his mother’s passing from a messenger and informing his father, he decided it was a good opportunity to question the decision to live in the damned forest. Although he knew the risks of living there, it was the only place they could go to prepare Helfen for the life he would lead in Wynn after his father wasn’t there. He told Helfen that his status as half-villager would not be antagonized in Wynn but welcomed.

Knowing the true intention of his father, he would spend the remainder of his time alive with him, rebuilding their relationship as best he could before he succumbed to his illness. After his father’s death, Helfen set foot to begin his new life in the homeland of his mother, a place where he finally would not be judged and instead accepted by the people, Wynn. He would become a mercenary with many connections throughout the province with both humans and villagers alike.

    Steve.png

    Steve, The Paladin of Detlas

Most of the memories of his past life are hazy and distant, only recalling a decaying swamp, a struggling family, an offer of a lifetime, and his body being taken apart and put together in a cold shell. The only memories that he could recall with some semblance of clarity is the dark factory, in the lines of those who shared his fate, being transported away from his home, fighting in a war that he never heard of or has anything to do with, as his shell followed the command of people he never knew, and then the battle that finally broke his body, freeing his mind from the iron prison.

The moment his consciousness was freed, he came to realize he couldn’t feel his body. The desire to scream out for help was outweighed by the fact he would harm himself further in order to get rid of this walking tomb. But the fact was that his body was broken beyond reasonable function and unable to move. He was forced to boil in this mental anguish in his own mind, unable to fight against the claustrophobia. He had long forgotten the day when he finally came to terms with his state, watching the world continue on as days turned to nights turned to weeks turned to months in his immobile outer body.

Until one fateful day, the battlefield that he laid in now roared yet again with the sound of war. He watched the battle unfold as the tide turned against the soldiers, getting slaughtered by the undead, having their formations and fortifications crumble one by one. The despair he saw was too much for him to sit and watch it unfold helplessly. His will would finally reignite his heart and bring warmth to this cold body for the first time. The mechanism in his body clicked in response to his determination, finally giving him control of his own body once again after a long time. He wasted no time joining the battle and descended upon the unexpecting undead.

Many were surprised to see the iron goliath breaking through the line, marveling at its defiance of the years of damage it had endured. What once was thought to be a frail shell that lost all its might was now tearing through the undead with such brutality as if the machine was alive unlike many of its kind. The display of might would bring morale to the soldiers to take back arms and charge into the once losing battle again to support the strange golem. Dozens of the undead would turn into red mist by the swing of its arms, as if they were tree trunks and not rusted, falling apart metal. Not even the devil abomination from the Roots could match its wrath as it used its iron hands to separate their heads and extremities from their bodies.

The battle would finally conclude in favor of the province. With his purpose finally served, the golem’s body would fall again as he collapsed on the ground with a resounding thud. But unlike the last time he fell, his achievement would not be left behind. Soldiers thankful for his role in their victory took the golem to their city and then into their ranks. They repaired and outfitted the golem with augmentation to empower him. He would be adored by many who fought alongside him despite being nothing more than a machine to them. He would be known as the Paladin of Detlas, or affectionately named Steve by the people.

    Nauter.png
Nauters are hyper intelligence cephalopods inhabit underneath the frozen lake in colony. Their existence is unknown to the majority of the people of Nesaak village and responsible for stealing fishes from the locals due to their limited food sources. What was known about these creatures that their intelligence to near sapient level might came from the highly magical presence in the region similar to those at Gavel which further cephalopods already intelligent traits. They showcase capable of using tools to steal fishes from fishermen, younger one even entertain themselves by placing junk in fishermen's hook.

    Killerpenguin.png
Penguins of Nessak Taiga are massive and highly territorial ground dwelling bird. Mainly feeding off fishes and fruits so they do not go after any other creatures but they are highly territorial. When felt threaten, they will stand further upright to intimate. If the provoker do not leave, they will use their powerful claw to swipe at the provoker until they leave or die. Nauters feared these dangerous avian as the cephalopod are also part of their diet.
