/forum is not giving me a white name. advice please

    hi, im trying to link my forum account in game so that I get a white name, and everything seemed to work correctly except i dont have the white name. what do i do?

    yes. I have checked tab, i have /msg other ppl with a white name to ask for advice, i have reached out to moderators, I have asked on 2 different wynncraft discords, and nobody is responding. When i do /forum in game and go to the link, it says my forum account has been successfully linked or whatever. idk what is wrong and its very frustrating
