Homelander Fabled Spear

New fabled spear idea, I made a concept above.

The Red, White, and Blue damages, because of the american flag on homelander's back.

It is a spear because I feel like the warrior class best fits homelander.

The major ID is called Wicked because homelander is wicked, and it turns air shout into two destructive lasers. Which is totally doable since air shout is already a ranged attack it wont unbalance warrior as a class, and air shout already passes through many enemies. However the Major ID makes it into two lasers similar to assassin's shurikens or Twain's arc. Concentrating air shout into two thin lasers in exchange for more damage. The lasers are red, so mainly only do fire damage.

The only think that might conflict the Major ID is the air shout gain radius aspect, just make it so that the aspect does not effect the lasers?

The areas I left blank are for the Item team to balance the weapon out. As they are the professionals here.
If you guys feel it is necessary you can also change the stat requirements and/or the attack speed.

Lately there has been a lot of new fabled anyways, and its just cool as hell to shoot lasers at things.

Making items is something reserved to IMs who have far more intimate knowledge with how to create, design, and most importantly, balance items. There are rare moments where external feedback is taken in for the creation of an item (namely, during community events-- though if my memory serves me correctly, these were only for item lores and not their statistics) but items are not just outright added based on player suggestion.
In other words, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this would not end up in game.
