    Bounty Spirit 13: Top floor of The Clock Dungeon building near Llevigar: -1256, 75, -4525
    Bounty Spirit 14: In the cave of Canyon Hermit at 700 -5300 (also a World Event) in the Canyon of the Lost: 676, 30, -5323
    Bounty Spirit 15: In a mineshaft entrance near Thesead: 744, 56, -5148
    Bounty Spirit 16: In the western ocean border mountains near Llevigar, follow the trail of poppies leading up to some vines on the mountainside behind a wooden shack to access a Warrior memorial: -2266, 154, -3927
    Bounty Spirit 17: In the Realm of Death (I think you need to have completed the 'Beyond the Grave' quest for this one) It can be accessed via The Krolton's Cave (367, -4923) in the Canyon of the Lost: 565, 17, -7608
    Bounty Spirit 18: In the Eyeball forest Witness Church: 1130, 105, -352

    Unfortunately, yes you need to be level 100+ to access the Silent Expanse. Wynncraft Festival activities are effectively a way to entertain late game players with exclusive items
