Item Bug ? Help needed.

Hello, new player here. I was holding an emerald pouch with around 57o EB that just disappeared. I had some spare emeralds in my inventory/ hotbar that didn’t store into the pouch, so I tried to drag them to the emerald pouch to store them, but just as the pouch was doing the + sign, i had a Network Protocol Error, and the server kicked me out. After logging back in the pouch is gone, i tried shuffling the inventory around to see if it were there, no luck. Feeling pretty disheartened, since i grinded 3 day worth of world event to farm emeralds just to see it all vanish.

 

I am sorry for your loss of 8 le, you can make it back but it will take a while. Unfortunately there is no refund policy on items but i hope u keep playing!

 

Thanks for the encouragement, i guess this was my cue to take a short break from wynn, having been too engrossed in it lately. Maybe I'll bounce back after a few days hopefully.
