2.1 World Events added a lot of good weapons. This list is long, but I would consider adding:
Hydrogen, Cauterizer, Nitrogen, Fire Brand, Silicon, Radium, Carbon, Boil Lance, Golem’s Arm, The Swordfish, Backbiter, Intestine Lasso, Fiend, Bugbite, Goredrinker, Fractured Lyre, Viscera Burst, Treachery, Flaming Wing, Arterial Spray, Hecatomb, Rigor Mortis, Earthmover, Sludge Slicer, Catamaran, Omnia Mors, Terminal Velocity, Carnage Agglomerate, Infernus Aeterna, Blighted Seraph, Warden, Apotheosis, Aviform, Herald of Ruin, A16-L31 Handheld Mortar, Pyroclastic Flow and Animosity.

I've created a leveling guide on Blue's Builds, and I am currently referencing this post for what weapons players should use, so adding these items would be helpful.
