Getting false banned

    I was fighting a boss, and suddenly that my character was able to fly, and I didn't realized that i need to stop instantly and since I'm a foreign player, I thought it was because my network lagging, but then I got banned, what should I do?

    Ban Appeals seem to take forever for a mod to get back to you, I've been waiting :'(
