it depends on how many Pulls you earn in your lootrun. Others can explain in more detail

The lootrunning end rewards chest has 36 slots, which is priority based (If you get more than 36 pulls, only 36 rewards will show, but they will be the higher-tier rewards).
Normally, completing a regular challenge gives you 1 pull. Purple beacons give 2 pulls and 1 curse. Dark Grey beacons (Which you can only pick once every run) give 4 pulls and 3 curses.
For missions, Chronokinesis gives you 1 pull per every chest opened at the cost of decreasing time gains. Porphyrophobia makes blue beacons give you 2 pulls.
You also get 10 extra pulls on your first run daily, this bonus is obtainable 5 times per day (one run on every camp).
If you want to get more pulls, you can either do long runs or short runs. Long runs involve picking blue beacons (boon stacking) and increasing challenges with at least a vibrant/aqua white, and red/green beacons. (Takes on average around 1.5 hours for me)
Short runs involve stacking aqua/purple or aqua/dark gray, and basically end when you simply can't win challenges.
Both methods, correctly applied, earn around a median of 80 pulls per hour. Long runs end with around 80-120 pulls. Short runs end with around 40 pulls (Not counting previous sacrificed pulls)
