    This is for level 69, but you can use most of it by level 67;

    WynnBuilder build:
    > Spectre
    > Millennium
    > Crystal
    > Sodeta Boots
    > Photon
    > Draoi Fair
    > Lazarus' Brace
    > Willpower
    > Blighted Seraph [t6]

    Until you get to 69, you can swap in any leggings you have with some mana regen (extoplasm is great but the negative walkspeed can be annoying), and any bracelet that gives enough health regen to counter blighted seraph (lasting seems like a good choice, but again with the negative walkspeed). You could use maelstrom as your bow (at level 70) instead at the cost of some damage. The accessories aren't super specific, I mainly just used stuff with mana regen and some health regen to offset blighted seraph.

    EDIT: I made the skill tree with a normal boltslinger build in mind, but I don't know how much the major ID on blighted seraph will affect that. You might want to switch it up a bit to have fewer arrow shield perks if those don't seem to affect the walkspeed boost or damage much. You can get arrow hurricane if you skip those perks, which gives a pretty big increase to damage, so you might just want to go with that instead. I'd play around and see what works best for you though.

    It's all-around good for what you need. 15 skill points, health regen, and spell damage are all really good, and it has no real downsides besides the health. You could use something else if you have something better. I mostly used it out of force of habit and because it helps counter the negative regen from blighted seraph.
