Okay so I'm just a newbie who came from Skyblock and I want to know the best assassin build for every level or at least for the early/mid game

The best build depends entirely on what playstyle you like and where you want to fall on the spectrum from glass cannon to damageless tank. Assassin has three archetypes and two of them (shadestepper and trickster) can be played in pretty much any way (spellspam, spell steal, heavy melee, tier stack, hybrid, etc.), although both definitely have some favoritism for one style or another (the third, acrobat, can pretty much only be properly played as spellspam since the idea of it is that you rapidly cast spells to fly).

For the early game I'd recommend mostly using what you find so long as its IDs cover your needs (doing enough damage, having enough health, having enough mana and health sustain) and fit your playstyle, as going for specific builds before level 40-50 usually isn't worth it since you'll typically outlevel your gear or find something that works better for your build. As you start to level up slower and hold onto gear for longer, you might consider buying some stuff on the trade market with good IDs for your playstyle. I'd generally recommend looking at specific builds at around level 50, although you could certainly try to do so earlier if you really want to.

    ok

    just go find random stuff

    use it

at level 50 transition over to morph topaz, morph emerald, morph gold, morph iron, and more random stuff

as a rule, you probably cant use fabled items at their level because of skill point reqs.

its leg (blue) > rare (purple/ pink) > uncommon (green) > unique (yellow) < common (white)

this only applies to non set items. if you have set items, they boost each other, becoming significantly stronger. This is why full morph is a viable endgame build
