is there any music/sound in the tutorial?

i just started playing since i know a few people that wynncraft and i'm noticing that there are no sounds except the sound when you start/complete a quest/objective (i don't know what is that sound but it's like writing on paper)
i have every sound setting turned to max and i also reloaded the texture pack,

edit: forgot to point out but under i all sound i mean all sounds, base minecraft sounds are also no present

 

There is custom music and sounds in the tutorial, yes. Your game is messed up for some reason

 

what are your minecraft sound settings set to?

 

If you using Wynntils, high chance you have Silencer feature toggled on

Else idk

I just remember there is /toggle music or smth, try messing with /toggle command ig
