Yellow seems to be the best at first glance, until you realize that experiencing everything new with the whole community is one of the best parts of an update.

Honestly? none of these are tempting to me.
Fruma comes out eventually and you can access the early beta with hero and up or silverbull, i dont need more mythics, cosmetics or LE as im basically just set with those, no to the red one thats for sure, dont need prof levels, lag isnt that bad for me atleast and i dont lootrun. Besides if only the black pill is stated to be permanent then can your LE/mythics and such be taken away after a set time or the lag just returns after a set period?
Unless you add a pill that says "Permanently bring back a removed quest of your choice" im probably fine without any of these.

 

These are all crappy and the meme isn't good. None of these have long-term value, except for the wish-fulfillment marriage pill, which would be extremely bizarre.

I would mash all of these together and mix them until I got a Double Wynn's Staff pill, then use that one.
