Oh boy... I've seen plenty of threads like these and there's always disagreements with how things are pronounced because they're made up names that could be pronounced a multitude of different ways. The only way to know their correct pronunciation is by hearing whoever named the town say it's name aloud.

With that said, I already see some errors with how you formatted the syllables so I'll fix those and give my own interpretations on how they're supposed to be said:

Qira is a real name and it's pronounced that way.

(I am being intentionally annoying, I assume you're referring to Gin and it's pronunciation here, which is correct, but somewhat unclear)

No, I actually meant for "gin" to be pronounced how it looks like it should be, not the actual word gin which is pronounced with a J sound for some reason.
