Nice! I think the SE wouldn't really be possible if you avoid Wynn, but if you just complete all appropriate quests up to The Hero of Gavel (lvl 99) I think you'd probably be done, unless you go with scrap parties and get to 105, or if you wanna push it, 106

It's not the clearest, and images don't convey it well, but you can see how the leaves are sort of congealing into bulbous shapes with little pupil-like dents. Along with the color palette in extremely Decayed regions, you can tell that Kander's starting to flip entirely from depleted Light to growing Dark.

As of writing this, I have returned to Wynn, having gotten to Level 100. I think at this point I may just be high level enough to attempt Wynncraft's hardest quest - Enzan's Brother. Wish me luck

I don't think that's the case, especially since the eyeballs of the Eyeball Forest are specifically from the Lutho miners joining Happier Lutho, and not just any darkness (maybe a combination). I can kinda see similarities between the branches, though, and how they are starting to form similar colors and shapes to those of the Eyeball Forest, but I can't see anything that resembles an actual eyeball - and it wouldn't make sense for any to be there considering how the SE ones ended up there.

 

Physically, you cannot get to the ocean without being in the Wynn province. What I did was grant myself a grace period to evacuate the province and make my way to the ocean islands
