Rank not showing up on forum/discord

Hello, yesterday I bought the VIP+ rank. Even though it works in-game, the rank does not show up in my forum profile, or the discord server. I followed the How to Use Discord guide step by step, and even after "spam-clicking"(as instructed by a mod in the discord server) the rank sync button, my rank doesn't show up.
I was also told in the discord "the bot is broken". Shouldn't something be done about this? Or at least, have someone apply the ranks manually at least until the bot is fixed. Anyway, if any of you had a similar issue and it was resolved, can you tell me if there is anything else I can do?

well, to get it in discord you should connect your discord account to your forums account in Exteral Accounts

 

I did. I also removed the connection and did it again as told in the discord.
As mentioned, I followed the discord guide step by step.
I also did /forum in game and connected my account before anyone asks.

 

then prob just wait. took a while for me to get mine on the forums after I bought

 

About how long? I was planning on making a post wondering where my rank and ign would get changed…
