Assassin/Ninja Hmelee Shadestepper build

Currently lvl 60 and acrobat just isnt for me I have trouble staying in the air and multiweaving and just don't have enough time to commit to learning it. I saw this guy 100 challenge running lr with hmelee so I found out it wasn't that bad in lr just worse than acro.
I need a build with big dmg for raiding and LI. Endgame but do tell what to focus on first cuz I heard shade is strong early too.

 

Also, I saw this (?v=6#9_0D80tY0Ek0640uP0uP0SL09t0Z71f0t0n0w021Q1000361000361000361001Z60z0z0+0+0+0+0-1TzpVqV) lvl 90 progression build, but it's a bit outdated, so I wonder if it's still good.
