Does wynntils show which gear is better?

for example, lets say I have a helmet on me and I just got a new helmet, I dont know which one is better and which should I wear, does it show that also?

 

That's relative. Some helmets are better for some builds. There is almost never a straight up "better" helmet, and generally if there is it's because it has the same main stats but higher, due to it being a higher level. You've gotta choose what works best for your build.

That word depends entirely on the individual player themselves, especially for items near each other’s level
