There was an emergency in the Silent Expanse that I was called to attend to. I will be gone for a week.
Do not think I do not want to greet you. Quite the opposite is true. I just had more pressing matters.
If I happen to run into you later, I will greet you then. For now, I suppose TrapinchO will be the one greeting you.

Welcome to out glorious province of Wynn! I hope you are not too tired from the travel, because there is a lot of work ahead of you. The number of undeads has been steadily increasing for some time and we need every hand available. Even I, who is long retired now, was asked to patrol the battlements. Not that I complain, I long for some good fight, but it is a little bit worrying. Heh, guess we will see.

Now, tell us something about yourself! What drives you forward in this world? Are you an explorer, or perhaps a historian? Do you crave the blood of your enemies? I certainly hope so, at least to some degree, because there will be a lot for you to fight.

For any new historians/explorers out there. Theres rumors about people hearing echoes of past soldiers in the old towers of wynn in the nivla forest. Maybe something worth checking out.

Yes but for those less keen on ghosts, theres people saying that Ragni's Castle apparently has a library hidden away in its walls. There are probably many variations of this one but the hero of wynn, Bob seems to be connected to it in every version. Then again he has been dead for a while now.

 

Oh, yeah, it is very cozy. And mostly empty, so I can focus on my research. There are quite interesting tomes in there. If I didn't like my peace so much I would show them to people.

 

Same. But lets not spoil whats in there for people to find themselves.
