I can't decide between assassin archetypes

Hello, I'm new to the game, I'm currently level 60 and I like a mobile and meelee playstyle thats why i chose assassin as my class, but i cant chose among the archetypes, I looked on YouTube, forums and Reddit but they always say that some archetype has a weak point that ruins it and they are kind of old posts and videos, so I'm looking for a meta build (I don't care how difficult it is to put together the build or how much skill I need it to play with a) or somewhere I can do some research. Thanks in advance.

 

I would recommend acrobat for what you like using. It's centered around movement and getting up close to spam spells.

 

but does acrobat have decent dps and ehp? because I really liked the acrobat playstyle but I saw a video of a main (with like hundreds of hours) acrobat saying that the archetype was trash

 

do you mean the lag spikes or the an average high ping? because im from brazil so i play with like 100ms

 

Acro is REALLY good especially if your a lootrunner It has high mobility, good dps and has both cheap and expensive options, for cheap you should use oblivion for dps if you are rich you can also use hana because it gets triple the dps but is hard to farm due to it being from a world event that rarely happens and is really end game

is a good budget build You can get both of the mythics used here for around 2 stx just be sure to have decent mana regen rolls on your oblivion

 

Which one is better acrobat or trickobat?

 

acrobat, trickobat no longer sustains after 2.1

 

you can usually do a good mix of both. i usually get around 30k ehp and ~33k lacerate damage in wynnbuilder

 

and the other two archetypes are they better?

 

From what I can tell, people tend to dislike Shadestepper. I would agree with people. It requires a lot of buildup to a reward I generally wouldn't want to work for.

 

and trickster is any useful?

 

Sorry for not mentioning trickster. Trickster is used to do The Big Damage™ but otherwise is a bit difficult to use as it requires you to position yourself in a perfect manner so as many clones can do damage at once, and needing to keep clones alive (they despawn when hit) while also being on a long cooldown. Clones also despawn when you change off your weapon (so healing despawns them). I usually stay away from it.

No, pure trickster isn’t that good and you typically play Tricko but it’s dead now
