Is cata still usable?

so now the changelogs were released and cata didnt get that big of a nerf so will it still be good ro use?

yea ive never tried cata in my life ( due to poverty reasons) now i made some money so i wanted to see if its still usable after 2.1 liek the nerf isnt anything major like 10 damage aint gonna do that much so cata it self didnt get effected that much but trickobat got nerfed so hard due to changes to trickster so like something like this build will work? ( remove the tomes in the build )

Armor tomes are being changed in this update to give health regen and defense, since you already have tomes in your build i added some easy to get level 60 armor tomes + Stardew to your build, I added Reminiscence for a bit of mana regen and also for health regen

Note: The type of tome doesn't matter all level 60 fabled armor tomes give +3% damage resistance to mobs
Note 2: With the new aspects that you can get from raids you can increase your AOE and add some more damage to your build

This is a list of ALL the new aspects added and there are some pretty good acrobat aspects that you could use in your build when the update comes out

Note 3: I removed distraction from your ability tree in place of shuriken's because they add an extra 38k dps to your build

 

is 20k ehp too much for cata cuz that damage is rlly bad

 

Catas received a nerf every patch for the last like 3 or 4 patches, dagger is dead af. use grim or oblivion, similar damage without the downsides.
