what is 'quick casting'?

    I am using the wynncraft modpack through lunar client. Every 30 seconds, my bow will spam arrow storm and drain my mana. When I am not holding my bow, a message says "you cannot quick cast with your hand"

    How do I disable this and why is it happening?

    when you press your spell hotkeys, generally Z X C and V, it will automatically cast your spell. It seems like you are pressing C by accident

    One option would be to go in your controls and just unbind the hotkeys
