F2p scrapyard?

So I'm trying to level up my shaman but they keep swapping to another world after a few seconds. I keep getting put into position #1-#4 of queue for around an hour and when I get on they are swapped to another world where this happens again and again and again forever, is there any way I can get into scrap without having to solo without buying champion?

 

Just start the party yourself if you really can't get into one. But really most scrap parties only swap worlds every hour or so, your issue seems like a streak of bad luck more than anything.
