Attack effects don’t do anything on Mage

I really need an answer for sanity reasons. Why is it that I made 2 seperate bug reports (I think 1 year apart) and one got put in Resolved Bugs (lie) and the other got put in Not a Bug

Cosmetic attack effects you get from crates no longer do anything on Mage, which needs to be fixed. I believe it was 2.0 that caused it, as it changed the melee attack particles from the smoke puffs to the sparks we have now. (or 1.20, don’t remember)

The effects work on all other 4 classes but not mage

Please fix this, I don’t want to have to make a third bug report

If that’s the case, then how come it’s “resolved” yet not fixed a year later, and also considered “not a bug”? I’m getting mixed messages

I don’t want to sound demanding, i’m just confused why this has happened, it’s been almost 2 years and hasn’t been fixed
