Do the Emerald Imps and Powder Sprites still exist?

    i've never seen an emerald imp or a powder spirit during my four year-long stay in this server
    though

    there are 'powder spirits... ish' in the Molten Heights called Flarelings. They have enhanced powder drop chances that correspond to their color. They usually drop 1-2 tier powders but sometimes 3-4. They can drop multiple powders, no powders, or just one.

    I think I've seen powder spirits a couple of times around Mt Wynn
