Archer/Hunter Lvl 105 Endgame Build

Hey I'm looking for a endgame level build for hunter. All my previous build either had too much defense with no damage or I had a lot of damage but i would get one shot by mobs and bosses.

I'm looking for a build that fills the following:

1. Does Good Damage
2. Has a good enough defense where I don't die immediately
   
3. Any archetype is acceptable

 

Are you ok with mythics or crafted? There’s always the lazy build of rainbow ttide but if your fine with mythics there’s a good freedom a spring build.

 

Honestly I am good with any of those, so if you wouldn't mind sharing them all so i could pick and choose i would appreciate it.
