Does Ophanim deal spell or melee damage when it hits an enemy?

    I've been wondering so that I can know which buffs to take in raids, spell % or melee %

    Spell, since they are just a modified version of meteor.
    Afaik Twain's Arc and Shurikens are the only abilities that deal melee damage.

    pyrokinesis too
    also shurikens dont deal melee damage anymore
