Questions about being banned

I am making this post to ask the greater community for advice here, or to know if this is just a done deal. I had a store chargeback a couple of months, I settled the dispute, but unfortunately, it wasn't settled in Wynncraft's favor, leaving me with a permanently banned account, even though I worked to the best of my ability to solve the issue, does anyone know if that's just the end of it? or is there some way that I could potentially be unbanned without having to just spam Wynncraft support with emails months after the fact? maybe somewhere I could try? someone I could message?
