    Biggest difference is that Hive gives you rewards throughout the quest instead of only the end.

    Hive has better rewards. TOA is only LE. Also Qira is hot.

    Qira Hive easily, it's higher level and gives you much better rewards. TOA rewards kinda suck, because the champion set is level 70 and if you forget that it exists for a few levels, like I did, you'll probably find no use in the set. It feels like a constant requirement to go back to the tower whenever you level up, not to mention that the tower is in an extremely remote location.

    Progressively gives you useful rewards.
    Cool items.
    Better fights.
    Doesn't have an LI version (Death Metal is awful to beat)
    Doesn't regurgitate all of the previous fights for the final fight.
    Basically everything SirBob said.

    Hive has lore.
    Also, it's just better designed, everyone has explained why.
