what is a good build at level 60. Also how do i get 100% items.

 

u get 100% items by getting lucky when identifying them (getting max stats)

 

for 100% you just have to get lucky, but you can use corkian arguments to improve your chances while identifying. For the build what class do you need it for? What kind of build do you need (like for levelling raids ecc)?

 

For assassin.

 

For Assasin just use wynndata and look up legendary items within the level range of 50-60, I think that'll set u up for success!
